Our Ethos

Our ethos is simple, to treat each person with the dignity and respect they deserve. We endeavour to ascertain preferences and choices in all aspects of your assessed care and needs.

From the time of the first assessment we prepare individual Care Plans for all residents, an essential protocol which is used by staff to ensure that the correct levels of care and support are provided 24 hours a day.

Our home is supported by General Practitioners, District Nurses, Chiropodists, Dentists and Opticians. We are able to offer this care for a short stay respite, long term stay and if required end of life palliative care.

Our Care Commitment

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who monitor and inspect care homes to ensure they meet high standards.

Care homes offer accommodation and personal care for people who may not be able to live independently. We monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and we publish reports. We set out what good and outstanding care looks like and we make sure services meet fundamental standards below which care must never fall. The CQC set performance ratings to help people choose care.
